The FSD Catch Can Kit is a complete, high-quality solution for adding a 4-port catch can to your 1998.5+ Cummins with an aftermarket billet valve cover. This kit includes everything you need to set up a proper catch can system—our premium 4-port billet catch can, stainless steel bracket system, AN fittings, and braided hose.
Designed to work with billet valve covers featuring dual 12AN ORB ports—like those from FSD, Beans Diesel, or King Speed—this kit is ideal for high-horsepower street trucks and daily drivers alike.

Why a 4-Port Catch Can?
Most catch cans use a filter vent that gets soaked in oil and sprays the engine bay. We solved that problem.
The FSD catch can features:

(2) Inlet Ports – For routing from the valve cover
-
(2) Vent Ports – To cleanly drain excess vapor/splatter to the ground
-
No filters, no clogging, no mess
Also includes a billet dipstick for checking the oil level and a drain port on the bottom for easy servicing.
DIY Kit Details
This is a DIY hose kit—hoses are not pre-cut or assembled. You’ll need to mount your catch can, measure hose lengths, cut, and assemble using the included fittings.
Routing Instructions:

Run (2) hoses from the valve cover to the inlet ports on the catch can.

Mount the catch can as high as possible—above the valve cover height helps reduce oil entry.

Run (2) hoses from the vent ports on the can straight down to the ground.
Note:
This is a catch can kit only, designed for trucks that already have a billet valve cover with dual 12AN ORB ports. This is not for stock trucks.
