Replace a common failure point in your 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke to increase long term reliability with the XDP 6.7L Intercooler Pipe Upgrade (OEM Replacement) XD305. The XD305 replaces your factory plastic intercooler pipe with a mandrel-bent, bead rolled 3 inch steel pipe for extreme durability.
From the factory, your truck is equipped with a plastic intercooler pipe that can't handle stock power levels! Add in performance tuning and an aftermarket exhaust and your intercooler pipe will be the next thing to go. Unfortunately, it won't just come apart when you go to start your truck one day. It will fail while you're going down the track, or pulling a load up a steep grade. Either way, it will leave you in 2nd place, or stranded on the side of the road.
Built only with top quality components, the XDP 6.7L Intercooler Pipe Upgrade is made for an easy installation. The mandrel-bent 3 inch tubing provides you with a durable replacement and the reinforced silicone couplers are built to last. The XD305 includes a specially machined adapter that snaps into the OEM location and does not require any modifications or aftermarket tuning for installation.
