The XDP Remanufactured 6.4 Fuel Injector XD485 is a high-quality replacement for the malfunctioning injector in your 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke. With over 30 million fuel injectors on the road, you can be sure this component is constructed to meet or surpass the original manufacturers specifications to make sure you get a superior quality product.
Each fuel injector has a re-honed injector body bore to restore original clearances. All new parts are used, and the spill flow has been reset to ensure correct pressure control with minimal losses. Each fuel injector nozzle is tested for leakage, needle lift, and flow while the actuators are certified to OE specification to ensure like-new performance.
These extra steps performed during the remanufacturing processes result in a warranty rate of less than 0.2 percent.
Quality and Testing: End-of-line tested for delivery, leakage, and opening characteristics. Each assembly is production tested and is tested on OE equipment.
Assembled in a clean room free from debris, utilizing factory processes and equipment.

I'm totally pleased with my purchase and all the up grades that I've done to accommodate the FSD Heat Exchanger. Everything is working good and if i could i would add another one and also add a coolant bypass.
