Keep the fuel system on your Duramax functioning properly with the XDP Remanufactured LBZ Fuel Injector XD493. With more than 30 million injectors on the road you can drive with confidence and be sure that these fuel injectors will keep your fuel system and engine performing as it should.
XDP Injectors are remanufactured in an IATF facility by specially trained technicians. Each Fuel Injector is disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and undergoes an extensive inspection. Any compromised parts are discarded and replaced with high-quality components that maintain the factory function and performance.
The extra attention to detail during the remanufacturing process ensures that you're getting a quality replacement with less than 0.2 percent warranty rate. All Injectors are tested to perform with factory flow and hp rating to provide your engine with like-new performance.
Quality and Testing: Extensive nozzle testing to ensure 100 percent function for flow, leakage, and seat condition.
Advanced end-of-line test for fuel delivery, and opening characteristics. Assembled in clean room using OE-style processes for reliability.

I'm totally pleased with my purchase and all the up grades that I've done to accommodate the FSD Heat Exchanger. Everything is working good and if i could i would add another one and also add a coolant bypass.
